1. What is Fine Art Nursery Portrait Photography?

My aim is to provide beautiful and timeless studio-quality fine art portraits of your nursery children.

I know how special a child’s first portraits are, and believe in capturing the natural expressions and essence of each child with each set of portraits. As a mother to toddlers myself, my approach is relaxed and fun in order to achieve that natural response from each child in only a few minutes.

The results are genuine and emotive fine art portraits of the children, far from the cheesy school photographs we all remember!

I take a select number of nurseries each year and pride myself on providing superior customer service and artistic, hand-edited images for each of your families.

 2. WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?

On photo day I provide all equipment required, together with detailed instructions for both nursery staff and parents to make sure everything runs smoothly. After photo day I will also handle any queries from parents about ordering photographs and delivery.

My full set of services from photo viewing to print and digital ordering is offered easily and conveniently online. 

Families are linked to individual password-protected online ordering galleries. Each gallery will contain a 4-10 image portrait collection for each child in both colour and black and white. From there, families can easily select which photos they would like to purchase as prints or digital files, and packages are also offered to buy collections of images. Prints are ordered online before a given deadline and delivered all on the same day directly to the nursery. 

I take class group photos and whole school group photos after the portraits. I also offer sibling portraits which can be taken half an hour before nursery normal opening time. I am flexible and open to discuss any other custom services that would fit your unique needs as a nursery.

3. at WHAT TIME OF YEAR DO YOU CONDUCT FINE ART nursery PHOTO SHOOTS?

I work with each individual nursery to schedule shoots at any time during the academic year.

4. what is the cost of your fine art portraits?

There is no cost to the Nursery upfront, all prints and digital file orders are carried out after photo day. My rates are competitive and I offer a range of classic and timeless products to fit everyone’s needs. Prints are mounted on premium quality, classic black strut mounts which make for an elegant portrait presentation. Please enquire for full pricing details.
